BlinkMouse - screen mouse operated by eye blinks
It is a computer program that allows people with several movement impairment to control the mouse pointer on a Windows computer equipped with common camera.
All computer mouse actions can be activated by intentional blinks (i.e. blinks lasting longer than defined duration (2 secs by default).
